When one of your favorite couples ever sends their dear friends to you for their upcoming wedding – you can pretty much guarantee it is going to be a match made in heaven!! So when Rachel & Pat were so wonderful as to refer Alexa and Jeremy to us – we knew it was going to be a perfect fit!!! These two are such an incredibly sweet and genuine couple (ummm… and they’re totally GORGEOUS, so there’s that!) – and their love and adoration for each other is SO apparent to anyone around!! Oh my word. The way these two look at each other … don’t even get me started!!
We had a steamy August day for their wedding with a pinch of rain in the forecast (that turned into one seriously crazy torrential downpour!) – that ended up perfectly timed with their wedding day! (I don’t know how that works out – but this year we’ve gotten so lucky with the timing of rain on wedding days!! Knock on wood!) We had a warm start to the day, but the crazy rain in the hour before the ceremony cooled things off just right to make for the most perfect evening for them to say “I do!” They had a heartfelt and beautiful ceremony, officiated by Pat, on the front porch of Pleasant Home, and celebrated into the night with their loved ones from all over the world at The Carleton Hotel!
Alexa & Jeremy ~ You two are seriously one of the sweetest couples ever and how kind and genuine you are to everyone around you (including us!) is definitely not overlooked!! Thank you so very much for having us be a part of your absolutely beautiful and intimate wedding day! It was such an honor to document your love story and I hope these photos bring back all those wonderful memories with your family and friends!!
