Azzama contacted me on pretty short notice to see if she could squeeze in a quick session with her family before they moved all the way across the world within the week. Of course I said yes – and even though we ended up doing the session at high-noon on a hot and sunny summer day – at least they have their Chicago pictures before leaving this city they love!
We started the session at the Adler Planetarium for some nice city skyline shots and then drove up Lakeshore Drive to Lincoln Park Zoo to finish up the session. Here are some of my favorites!!

Happy Friday everybody! James and I are heading up to Lake Geneva tomorrow to brave the heat for an outdoor wedding on the lake (similar to ours), and I can’t wait! Have a fabulous weekend – and stay cool! 😉
