In an attempt at avoiding a negative post today – I’m not going to say a lot.

Just that the end of the day was not super fantastic.

James told me to think positively and not let the negativity around me take hold.

He said – people can be negative for their own reasons that may have nothing to do with you. They may curse at you, or yell about something, or write you a ticket for something you didn’t do (*ahem*).

But – rather than let that negativity soak into you and turn to anger or anxiety – you have to let it go… Let it roll off your shoulders. Focus on the good things in your life. Pass on positive experiences instead – so that others may pass them on as well.

Sometimes this is much easier said than done, but I’m trying

… trying with the help of this guy:

*Yes, I’m drinking a Miller Lite out of a can… it’s how we roll lately. It’s football season & it’s cheap – okay? 🙂 And it’s helping me to forget about this stupid ticket we have to contest because some traffic controller lady was in a crabby mood that had nothing to do with us. *sigh*
