Anne & Steve tied the knot at the Stoughton Country Club in Wisconsin on June 5th. It was a beautiful day with so many amazing details throughout (a photographer’s dream)! From the little pails of freshly grown grass, to the beautiful cheesecakes served for dessert – nothing was overlooked.
The ceremony was originally planned to be outdoors on the lawn overlooking the lake, but the rain had something to say about that. It was up in the air whether the ceremony would need to be moved – but as it neared 4 o’clock the weather gave the bride & groom no choice. Torrential downpours and tornado warnings just a few towns over made it a pretty easy decision – the ceremony would be indoors on the dance floor. And luckily it turned out to be a fantastic back-up location! Big windows lined the side wall and white Christmas lights intertwined in fabric twinkled from the ceiling above as Anne & Steve said their vows.
Their was no shortage of fun as the night went on either… 🙂 Family and friends in attendance danced ’til they were sweating and laughed until their cheeks hurt. It was amazing to see all that joy in one room!
